Bath Management is a fresh and innovative property management brand founded by Isaiah in 2024. Prior to establishing Bath Management, Isaiah spent six years trading as a sole trader, successfully managing short-term rentals in Winchester, Bracknell and Southampton.

Our story took a new direction last year when Isaiah’s mother proposed an idea to help property owners maximise the potential of houses that are more challenging to sell—typically those valued at £900,000 or above. Instead of simply contributing to the strain on local housing stock through traditional Airbnb-style lets, Bath Management offers short-term rentals on these high-value homes whilst they remain on the market.
By partnering with local estate agents, we ensure that prospective buyers can still arrange viewings, even when guests are staying for as little as one night or as long as five nights (with special considerations for those who wish to stay longer). This flexible arrangement means sellers can continue to generate an income until their property finds the right buyer.

Alongside this unique service, Bath Management also assists landlords who already operate Airbnb properties. Our involvement focuses on high-quality cleaning and property upkeep, ensuring that guests have a seamless experience and owners enjoy peace of mind.
